MediEquip, Inc. will continue to provide essential services and support during the COVID-19 pandemic. MediEquip realizes that our customers rely on our services and products that we have offered for the past 22 years. While every effort is being made to continue helping our customers, we have set forth procedures to protect you, our customer, as well as our employees. A few small changes bring us right back to same great services with a few more options to serve your needs.
We would like to assure you that any employee that exhibits or has been exposed to the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus will not be permitted to work. In the event that a MediEquip employee must visit your home, we will be disinfecting before and after entry to your home. While we cannot guarantee that transmission of the virus is not possible, you the customer make the decision if you want to open up your home for service or delivery during this time. Communication is the key to making all things work, if you (our customer) have or have been exposed we ask that you inform us before scheduling a home visit. Any products or equipment that is installed or delivered to your and your home will be sanitized properly.
While we can’t extend our hands to you our customers, please know that our heart goes out to everyone that has been affected by this awful virus. We will do everything possible to service everyone as quickly as possible, please be understanding in the fact that we will have to triage so the most critical issues are resolved first. We are offering virtual shopping, facetime, retail hours as normal.
