If you have any trouble with your medical equipment, we have manufacturer-trained and certified service technicians that are ready to help.
MediEquip’s Service Department is located in our South Store. Service is available by appointment in-store or at home, or you can drop off equpment at our south county location. Service technicians are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
While we can service equipment bought anywhere, top priority is given to items purchased at MediEquip. Service on items includes repair, maintenance and battery replacement. Installation of newly purchased items is arranged at time of purchase.
Service performed within 30 days of purchase is free. After that, there is a $95 travel fee for us to come to your location and diagnose your equipment. Our service area is designated as within a 30 mile radius of any of our retail stores. Individuals outside of this area are subject to additional travel fees. Labor fees to replace or repair parts are charged at a rate of $25 for each 15 minute period. These fees are applicable to in-home and in-store repairs.
