We Service What We Sell!

If you have trouble with your medical equipment, we have manufacturer-trained  and certified technicians that are ready to help you by providing their services.

MediEquip’s Service Department is located in our South Store. Service is available by appointment only, both in-store and at home.

With an in-store appointment, you can drop off equipment at our south county location for our technicians to evaluate.  Our Evaluation Fee starts at $50 for each 15 minute period; (additional labor rates will apply).  Service technicians are usually available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The technicians often have to run out on emergencies, so please call to check their availability before you come.

For an in home appointment, our diagnostic fee for existing customers starts at $150.00 per piece of equipment.  This amount is due at the time of your service.  Once the evaluation is completed, your technician will give you an estimate for additional parts and labor.

If you choose MediEquip to perform your repair, the fee for labor and parts are due at either the time of service or when required parts are ordered; whichever comes first.

Our services area is designated as within a 45-mile radius of our retail stores. Individuals outside this area are subject to additional travel fees.

In order to help us be as efficient as possible, please make sure you provide the make and model of your equipment to the scheduler.  This ensures our technicians are trained to work on your product and are able to bring the correct parts with them.  Please speak to a service technician if you have any questions regarding an estimate for your repair.
