While free in-homes estimates, and manufacturer literature is helpful, the MediEquip difference is that we are the only St. Louis Dealer where you can Ride before you buy! MediEquip believes it is important to offer customers the opportunity to ride, interact, and compare multiple chair lifts before investing thousands of dollars. We have two retail stores with a combined 10 displays, and are open to the general public, Monday thru Saturday, without an appointment.

It is very common for MediEquip to provide a stair lift without ever having been evaluated in person. MediEquip prides itself in the ability to problem solve applications over the phone, for those customers who live far away or are homebound. While discussing the basic features of a stair lift, and learning the configuration of your staircase, we are able to email or text you pictures of previously installed applications. This ensures that both dealer and consumer are on the same page. In some cases, we can survey your application and also demonstrate our displays over a virtual evaluation.
